* Fixed problem with compatability between Signtext API v1 and v2 endpoints. * Stopped using browser history (URL bar address) rewrite, as we found some unexpected problems with this. Has never been to production, so only a change for PP (revert). * Adding support for replacing dot (.) claim-names to underscore (_) by setting the "userinfo_underscore" scope in the OIDC request. An admin setting for the client is also in the works. This will change claimnames like "mitid.uuid" to "mitid_uuid" from the userinfo endpoint.
